msi wind u100 blue screen , help?

My msi wind u 100 is stuck in a never ending booting up loop , it will get past the windows xp loading screen , then make a very quiet click, then show a blue screen for a milisecond , saying - STOP: c000021a {fatal system error)
The session manager infiltrization ( or some word like that ) system terminated ....
The system has been shut down.
Then it trys to boot again
I have tried the f3 hotkey repair option , this does not work , for some reason , it just doesn't load it ? I also do not have the cd that came with it ( as it doesn't have a dvd drive ) so that's that option gone too , anyideas ? :s

Try booting the computer, as soon as the BIOS has loaded, press F8 to get the menu. Try Last Known Good Configuration. If that does not work, try a System Restore.

Otherwise you need to find a USB DVD drive and XP CD and do a repair install. One or more of the critical system files has got damaged.
