T-mobile Dongle

Im having problems with my T-mobile dongle. The last few days its being stuck on low download connection. I get 1GB a month at up too 3.6 MB/s then when that runs out it stays the same but after 4PM till 12AM it goes to a low download speed (around 500kb/s to 1mb/s). Its part of there fair use policy, can view facebook and emails but can't watch videos.
Anyway, past few days its been stuck like this all day, ive reinstalled the dongle, reinstalled my OS (Windows XP SP3),changed my hard drive, updated all the drives, rolled back all the drives. Ive also taken the sim out of the dongle, put it in my phone and tried the internet on there and its doing the same thing.
I just want to know if anyone has had these problems before or if T-mobile have updated there service, maybe its the sim or maybe they are doing the mess up all the old products to make you buy the new ones.

RE: T-mobile Dongle

Calm down, Dave. It's pretty unlikely to be anything to do with your computer so you could have saved yourself a lot of wasted effort. You should probably post your question to a forum with a large community of T-mobile users. This is not that forum.

RE: T-mobile Dongle

Dave

as you say, its probably part of their "fair use policy" and it would appear that your use has been deemed by T-Mobile as being outside the bounds of "fair".
I doubt if they would mourn if you do indeed "get rid" of the dongle
