PC is not turning on!

PC is not turning on!

Hi

Please help me,I got customized PC.All of sudden, I got a blue screen and after that there is no response from the PC.I tried to turn it ON again but no response.When I opened the cover,I saw a red light on the motherboard is ON and second red light near the power switch .I am not so expert like you guys but even I tried the power supply too but same result.

Please help.

hard to be sure, but probably a failed motherboard
reseat all the memory chips and power connectors and expansion cards and see if it boots
If it wont, then time to call in helo

Jon, I disconnect and reconnect all the connection on the motherboard.Even I replaced the old powers supply with new one.But the results are the same.

What is time to call in helo?

How old is the PC? It could be a capacitor that has gone. If so, it means a replacement motherboard, unless you can find someone to trace it and attempt a repair by soldering in a new one.
