Laptop Damage

I spilt orange juice over my laptop and now it will not start up when connected to power supply.

Hi

Karen, I suggest you to take out the battery from the laptop and please do not connect it with a power supply.

And call an IT professional to sort this out for you.

it could just be a shorted keyboard - which should be replceable at reasonable cost (depending on the laptop model)
however the liquid MAY have got inside and shorted out the motherboard - in which case repair will be expensive and possibly not economic
If you have accidental damage insurance for your house contents it may be time to find the documentation and give them a ring
