Formed in 1991, we are now in our 19th year and have long standing relationships with many clients from individuals, through small businesses to Schools and Universities.
We have always tried to remain a ‘local dealer’ where customers can easily call and see us and experiment with our extensive range of Apple equipment in the showroom at Cliffe House but as our reputation has grown so has the geographical base in which we work.
Whilst we prefer to work with customers in the Bradford, Leeds and Kirklees area, where we can offer a fast response for problems or deliveries, we are happy to work with clients over greater distances and have a growing number of customers to the north of Bradford.
We try to provide friendly help and advice and competitive pricing to all our customers and avoid the ‘Special’ or ‘Multi-buy’ offers which only favor the bigger buyers who buy purely on price.
All our staff take part in regular manufacture training and our qualifications mean we can offer Education pricing from suppliers including Apple, Netgear, HP, Oki and Adobe.
If you have a problem our experienced staff are there to help, either on the telephone for simple faults, or in our service area where faults can be diagnosed and replacement parts fitted safely. As Authorised service agents for Apple and Epson we can repair equipment under warranty even if it was purchased elsewhere. For non-warranty goods you can be assured your equipment is in good hands and we only use genuine manufacturer replacements.
When you have made your choice and are ready to purchase we are happy to give 30 day credit terms to education institutions and businesses, where an account has been agreed. Other customers can pay by Cash, Cheque, Delta, Maestro, Solo or Electron. We do take payment by Mastercard or Visa but pass on the 1.4% charge that the banks make for these cards.
