If you have the CD / DVD for your version of Windows, you could perform a Repair. The method for this depends on the version, but you begin by booting the laptop from the CD/DVD and following the onscreen instructions, choosing Repair where you can. Be aware, if you are unsure of what you're doing, you could make irreversible changes to your computer by inserting the DVD and beginning an installation. If you're at all unsure, I'd go with David; head to the CIQ home page and click on the green "Request support" button. Dean
If you use Windows XP, the easiest way would be to have a quick look at the following: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/windowsmessenger/ballew_video.mspx If you use Vista or newer, the following might be of more use: http://en.kioskea.net/faq/sujet-1953-how-to-configure-your-webcam-on-msn-messenger Dean
