Difficult to provide feedback because Alasdair's first stab at an arm's length solution failed to resolve the issue. I was then away for two days and finally found a solution on the MS Knowledge Base web pages and did the system registry changes myself. So Alasdair had no real opportunity to assist in any meaningful way. I was most impressed with his helpful approach in our first exchanges.

After all, you wouldn't ask your 14 year old nephew to mend your boiler, would you?

Emergency Assistance
- Computer crashed?

- Laptop or PC not working?
- Data disappeared?

We have been established since the year 1998 & offer a wide range of I.T. and computer support services to home users & small to medium sized businesses in London & the home counties.

It is often difficult for people who want a computer in the home to get impartial and easy to understand advice on modern PC's. Picking up a PC magazine can leave people more confused than informed on potential purchases, and a visit to a computer store with sales people on hand may not be the best way to select a major purchase such as a computer.

Using a computer store for upgrades or help with problems usually means packing your computer up and leaving it with the store, not always ideal. Store repairs can also cost quite a lot, we can offer all these services and provide you with solutions in the comfort of your own home. As repairs or upgrades are undertaken we are more than happy to explain exactly what work we are doing.
