RE: slow computer

"Low Virtual Memory" refers to the hard drive space your computer uses when it runs out of RAM. It does not necessarily mean a problem. The second part of the message should also state that "Windows is automatically adjusting the size". If your computer is not running particularly slowly, then I wouldn't worry about it. You can adjust the paging file size or set it to be controlled by Windows. If your computer is running on the slow side, then it may be worth putting some more RAM in it.
