Log into you rocket mail account Select contacts on the right hand side.. under InBox In the top line of the contacts tab, there is a button called tools, click on this and select export Click on the Export Now button next to Yahoo! CSV Your browser will not download your contacts Goto your gmail account Select Contacts, then Import Contacts ... Click on choose file and select the file you downloaded that contains your contacts from your rocket mail account Finally click on the import button.

Hi Diane M. From your post.. I am assuming the password you are talking about is this one... Turn laptop on, it goes directly to a black screen with a single prompt at the top left that asks " enter HDD password" The link below takes you to a page on the Toshiba website about the various BIOS and Hard disk passwords: http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/kb0/TSB6B01MC000CR01.htm In the past we have approached Dell where customers have lost the HDD password and after proving ownership of the laptop they have been able to clear the HDD password off the laptop. The same might be true of Toshiba. If you have never set the HDD password on the laptop then the problem could indicate physical problem with the hard disk or a corrupted BIOS on the laptop.
