Mr Marsh was very professional , friendly & approchable. The work on my mac was not completed, upon my request, after talking to Mr Marsh. I took the decision to buy new.
I feel the advice i received was first class.
Most definitely would use Ant again.

The technical expertise is obviously very good but it's the responsiveness and honesty in presenting the best cost effective scenarios to the customer that make me want to come back again for future technical support on issues that might come along.

Ant Marsh was very positive in his initial response and the work he carried out for me. Although he wasn't able to fully solve my email problem, he was honest enough to tell me my problem was a bit of an oddity which may never be fully reslved. As soon as he found this to be the case his focus was on trying to find the best alternative for me so I didn't have any more of the same problems. What he did for me I was very happy with and would definitely use him again.

Ant was very professional and fair. Although my data couldnt be retrieved as I had hoped, he reassured me by ordering a new hard drive and made the time up by spending time on another troublesome computer. Excellent sesrvice and would certainly ask for this chappie again.

the PCIQ website was informative and easy to use, the response to my email was prompt. The fact that I waited 2.5 days before being proactive in following up the reason for a lack of feedback to my email was disappointing. My contact with your office resulted in prompt action and once Anthony contacted me, the service was excellent, my thanks to all concerned.

For starters, Ant was punctual (in fact he was early!). He was polite, understanding and extremely helpful. He explained things to me in a manner that I could understand and gave me tips on how to improve my laptop security. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.
